About Me

Hello, my name is Lisa Dinning, and I am from the Chicagoland area. It has been a dream to have my own hot dog cart business.  So, I loaded up the truck and moved to the Lowcountry of South Carolina, that is!  Alligators, no-see-ums and lots of sunshine.  I am bringing the delicious flavors of the Vienna Beef Hot Dog to you via my hot dog cart named Ruby.  

I’m sure, if you are from the Midwest and other parts of the US, you may already be craving an all-beef hot dog in a steamed bun with your favorite condiments on it! Since I have started spreading the word about my hot dog cart 8 out of 10 people say, “I haven’t had a good hot dog since I moved down here!”  I am so happy that I will be the one to satisfy your cravings!

I have three goals that I have set for myself: 

1. To serve quality food with a smile.
2. To be part of the community.  
3. It takes a village to raise a family and I intend to play my role.
